I actually called my Mom to confirm her absence(?) I was absolutely sure she'd come into the house while I was showering: but of course, she replied that she hadn't! I can only guess that perhaps the strong outside winds had banged the screen door and that I'd conjured the voices myself, thanks to an overly fertile imagination and the muffling sounds of the shower.

OR PERHAPS IT WAS SOMETHIN' ELSE?!
